I found out Megan (Full Moon Bunny) wanted to do a Host Club cosplay group, I haaaaad to do it. Our host group was one of the highlights of Youmacon and I had an absolute BLAST. For some reason we all really sliped into character throughout the night and were just hilarious to watch. I couldn't stop laughing the whole night!
We all made our blazers from a very cheap, light blue cotton. I regret that now becuase it was very difficult to iron and there wasn't enough stretch across the back but at the time, I couldn't resist the price! XD The wig was a really lucky find I spotted on ebay and, although it had a few too many highlights, I ended up coloring with sharpies to even it out. The patches were bought from an ebay seller (I like ebay, can you tell?) who was very nice and even sent us a free copy of the OST which we later used to butcher our karaoke rendition of "Sakura Kiss". :P
